Sorry but did not like anything about the hotel.

Everything.

The hotel had bed bugs, the room did not have a gargabe can and the toilet did not flush. Will never return to this hotel even if it was free.

Broken hot water faucet.

I always wonder what housekeeping and maintenance do in a hotel. The hot water sink faucet did not work but could have been fixed with a screwdriver in about 5 minutes. Also, cable connection to TV broken and could be fixed in 2 minutes. ...read more

The room was a suite with a kitchen all new items very clean.

It was just what we wanted. Easy access to highway. Clean, comfortable ,convenient.

I loved the location. It was right off of the Merrit Parkway, which is very convenient.

I did not like that they do not provide shampoo in the rooms.

It was a nice place to stay for couples and I would definitely stay again.

I requested room refresh on two difference occasions for my 2nd day there. I did not get it. I reported it to the front desk. They admitted the oversight, but did nothing to fix the problem, except offer me clean towels! I also did not get my wake up call the first day. I filed a complaint with management. They called and offered credit for a one night stay at any of their hotels. I have not received it yet and really do not care if I do. I am not happy with Extended Stay Hotels. ...read more
